These sessions are a safe, supportive space to reconnect with yourself—whether you're embracing your sensuality, reclaiming confidence, or are simply ready to see yourself in a new light.
Professional hair and makeup will have you feeling relaxed and radiant. My stylists are experienced with all skin tones & hair textures. I’ll guide you through every step with pose direction—no modeling experience needed.
Wear whatever feels most like you—lingerie, a cozy sweater, a favorite tee, or nothing at all. What matters most is that you feel seen, celebrated, and empowered.
Boudoir at Stories Untold isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about seeing that you’ve been enough all along.

Real talk, you’re not alone—the way you’re feeling is totally normal. We all have complicated relationships with our bodies. The short answer is “YES!”, someone like you absolutely can and, dare I say, DESERVES to have this empowering experience.
No one magically arrives at being confident and in love with their body—It’s not that quick or simple. When you choose to do a Boudoir Photography Session with Jessie at Stories Untold Studios, you are CHOOSING to see yourself differently and take a step towards self-acceptance. And when you’re ready, I’ll be here!
Are my images private?
YES! I understand that these sessions are extremely personal and not everyone is interested in having their images shared publicly. Your images will not be used publicly, in any way, until you see them at your Viewing Appointment. At that time, you’ll have the option to sign a Model Release customized to your comfort level. There is no requirement to sign a release. Some clients may choose to provide a full release for all their images. While others may identify specific images that they are comfortable with sharing.
The most important thing to me is that you get to have a powerfully affirming Boudoir experience! We will talk about the Model Release options together when you view your images. All images used on the Stories Untold Studios website, social media pages, sample products, and marketing materials are images that my clients have agreed may be used in this way.
How do outfits work?
I know choosing outfits for such an exciting & new experience can feel overwhelming! We will talk in detail about outfits in your Complimentary Pre-Session Consultation.
Typically, most clients bring their own outfits to ensure a perfect fit, but I also have a constantly-expanding Client Wardrobe that you can choose from as well. Be sure to join my private Facebook group so you can be the first to see new additions to the wardrobe!
Most importantly, I don’t want you to feel pressure to “find the perfect outfit". Your Session is about YOU, not your outfits. Whatever you bring is going to be amazing! Outfits just bring some pops of color, texture and variety to your session.
I typically suggest bringing 3 outfits. This feels like the perfect amount for a variety of looks, but not so many that you feel rushed. Always take the time to try on your outfits before your Session. It is much more important to me that you feel good in your outfit than what it actually is!

Do you offer hair styling & makeup application?
Yes! I collaborate with talented hair stylists & makeup artists that are here to pamper you before your Session and make sure you feel your best before getting in front of the camera. It is important to me that I work with stylists who are skilled at their craft and make every person who sits in their chair feel amazing! My hair is curly, spiked, etc and requires some taming, is that ok?
What does “no editing” mean?
What does “no editing” mean?
No editing means that we do not edit out any "imperfections" in these photos. If there are visible wrinkles, blemishes, dry skin, stretch marks, cellulite, etc. they will remain in your final images and not be edited out. You are choosing to book a Naturally You Session to celebrate yourself without the mask - taking your self acceptance practice a level deeper and celebrating your unique body as it is right now.
Your final images will still be cropped, sharpened, and color corrected as I normally do with all of my final images.

Yes, especially if you have more than one animal, it may be helpful to bring a second set of hands. It’s important to ensure that the extra person has a good relationship with the animal(s) being photographed. We want to keep this experience positive and stress free for the animal(s) involved.
How do I prepare?
As long as you have your outfits and your animal(s), you’re good to go! If you were hoping to have your animal wear something new (special collar, new leash, etc) please introduce it to them as far in advance as possible. I’ve noticed that trying a new collar for the first time in a session can be a difficult experience for some animals and can distract them as they get used to it in a new environment.

Spooky Season Sessions are cinematic portrait experiences where you step into an alter ego or dark dream persona and bring them to life. Whether you’re channeling a fierce villain, a haunted goddess, or something totally unique, this is your chance to get wildly creative—and seriously empowered.
We’ll dream up your character together, and with the help of my incredible Special FX Makeup Artist, fully transform you into your vision. My custom-designed sets add the final cinematic touch, creating an immersive world that matches your vision— mystical, edgy, or otherworldly.
How do I choose a character?
We will discuss your ideas in your Complimentary Consultation. Whether you have a very specific character in mind or a more general concept, we’ll work together to bring your ideas to life. We will brainstorm outfits, props and your makeup look so you feel super prepared for your session!
Do I have to use fake blood?
No! Since every Spooky Season Session is tailored to your unique concept/character/alter ego, we are totally in control of how grotesque or bloody your character gets or doesn’t get. There are plenty of sessions that want to incorporate fake blood into the makeup look/character, and there are plenty that do not.

Can I do some headshots as well as Fitness Portraits?
Yes! If you’re a fitness professional and it would be helpful to do some shots that could be used for your marketing materials (headshots, branded portraits with gym equipment) we can incorporate those into your session. I want you to have a variety of images to choose from & have multiple uses for your images!
I’m training for a competition, can we plan around that date?
Yes! I have worked with many people who do fitness competitions. I understand that you may want to schedule your session right before or after the competition due to your strict training schedule and tanning. We will talk about this in detail in your Pre-Session Consultation. To be sure that I’m available for your exact date, please book your session ASAP.
Can I bring props?
Absolutely! I have a few fitness items that we can use (battle ropes, dumbbells, boxing bag, & a sledgehammer) but if you have a specific item (yoga mat, jump rope, boxing gloves, stretching poles, medicine ball, kettlebell, etc) you want to have in your images, please bring it! Our studio is on the 2nd floor, but there is an elevator to help us transport heavy equipment.

Can you help me with content creation?
Yes! I have worked with many people who are in need of content for their new website and social media. These days, any small business owner knows how important high quality branded, authentic content is. I’m here to brainstorm ideas with you so that your photos from our session have lots of uses for you!
Can I order just Digital Images from my session?
Absolutely! It is always up to you what you order from your session! I have packages that include digital images & physical products, or you can choose to order products and/or digital images a la carte! We go over the ordering options in detail together at your Complimentary Consultation!
The Stories Untold Studio
All Stories Untold sessions take place in my 2,000-square-foot Empowerment Photography Studio located in a renovated mill building in Shirley, Massachusetts. Designed as a sanctuary for personal celebration, the studio features original hardwood floors, a wall of ten large windows, and a variety of custom-built (by me!) sets. The studio is fully accessible and welcomes clients of all backgrounds, offering a safe, inclusive, and body-affirming environment.
