Oh hey, I’m Jessie and I’m your empowerment photographer!
I specialize in creating an empowering photography experience where my clients feel safe to step out of their comfort zone, see themselves in a new light (literally) and feel fully supported throughout the whole process!
While my job is technically a “Photographer”, my true passion is creating a space that allows people to shed the expectations of societal pressures and feel comfortable enough to celebrate their true selves. I create an experience and images that my clients can draw strength & confidence from for years to come. Photography is the tool I use to facilitate these affirming experiences.
I am an Empowerment Photographer with a focus on helping my clients reconnect with their bodies & discover their confidence through fun, affirming portrait photography sessions.
We all have complicated and complex stories we tell ourselves that can either help or hurt us as we navigate being a human in this world. I tell people ALL the time that it's normal to have complicated relationships with ourselves, our body image, our mental health, our worth, etc. Being gentle with ourselves throughout this journey of growth is a strong emphasis of my work.

“My dog Chewbacca and I participated in the new Powerful Bond Sessions that Jessie is implementing at the studio. Chewie and I were both welcomed with open arms to the studio, where Chewie immediately was comfortable with her and the space.
Jessie was prepared with a water bowl, and separate area for me to throw down some toys for him. He had plenty of room to run around in between taking certain photos. Jessie had a lot of tricks up her sleeve to get the attention of Chewie’s hyperactive personality, as well as a calming personality that Chewie could trust. He loved her!! I have been to the studio before, 2 other times for a boudoir photo shoot with Jessie, and I have always been comfortable with Jessie, I am not surprised that Chewie was as well. She was very creative, and captured the many awesome expressions that Chewie is know for. We are in love with the photos, and I am grateful to have these memories with my beloved Chewbacca."

I have a stunning, private photography studio in Shirley, MA. While many of my clients live in Central Massachusetts, I serve all of New England including Worcester, Boston, New Hampshire, Maine, and Rhode Island!
My top priority is to create a comfortable, safe, and respectful environment and photography experience for each of my clients. I believe in consent throughout every step of the process. My studio is sex-positive, body-affirming and trauma sensitive.
Individuals of all shapes, sizes, colors, ages (18+), abilities, sexual orientations, religions, and cultures are welcome and safe in my studio.
